UPDATES FOR THE OFFICE CONCERNING COVID-19

Good morning FB family & friends. Looks like the Good Lord blessed us to see another day.
An update of the agency; We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing. No more than 3 people at a time will be allowed in the lobby. …No more than 1 person at a time will be allowed to visit the agent in their office.

We encourage our customer to call 706-277-1707 or email: [email protected] or [email protected] to make payments or changes. But remember COVERAGE OR CHANGES CAN NOT BE ALTERED OR BOUND VIA THE VOICEMAIL SYSTEM, YOU MUST SPEAK WITH AN AGENT.
ALSO DON’T ASSUME ANY CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE BY EMAIL EITHER UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION BACK STATING THE CHANGES HAVE BEEN APPROVED.
